Healthy Breakfast

Try this Healthy breakfast for the rest of the week
(Breakfast - breaking the fast)

2 Hard Boiled Eggs (white only)
Bowl of Oatmeal add cinnamon and/or butter for favor
Greek Yogurt of your choice
1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread
You can also have a warm cup of Coffee or Tea
Approx 450-500 calories
