Very Berry Smoothie Blast

1/2 cup each strawberries, blackberries, blueberries.
1/2 cup grapes
One Kiwi
2 tbs Flax seeds
3 tbs Hemp protein
10-12 ice cubes
2 ozs of water

Mix well in blender or smoothie maker.
Approx 480 healthy calories.
